On Wednesday at 6:33 p.m. the National Weather Service issued a flash flood warning in effect until 10 p.m. for Allegany County.

"Kerr County was literally given $10 million by the Biden administration to help upgrade their flood warning system, and they said no," an Instagram user claimed in one popular video.

On Wednesday at 4:58 p.m. an updated flash flood warning was issued by the National Weather Service in effect until 6:45 p.m. for Allegheny and Westmoreland counties.
