Amaya Espinal and Bryan Arenales were crowned winners of the seventh season of “Love Island USA .” Known as Amaya Papaya, Espinal, the 25-year-old New York City cardiac nurse will split a $100,000 prize with Arenales, a Boston real state agent, bartender and personal trainer.
