Longtime WWE official Charles Robinson revealed on social media on Wednesday morning he was stuck at the hospital after being bitten by a bat.

The WWE icon has spent all these years as a wrestling referee worrying about a bat being used as a weapon, but it would be the flying creature that actually got him.

It's been a rough few weeks for Charles Robinson, being laid out by John Cena at Night of Champions as Big Match John defended the WWE Championship against CM Punk, and also being hit by Goldberg's trademark Spear as Da Man tried to dethrone Gunther as the World Heavyweight Champion at the most recent Saturday Night's Main Event.
