House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries (D-N.Y.) warned Republicans on Wednesday that efforts to redraw the Florida congressional map will backfire on the GOP. Speaking to reporters in Washington, Jeffries noted that Democrats have already flipped several seats in local elections around the Sunshine State in recent months.
