A bull moose first spotted in Evans on Tuesday morning that then evaded capture in Greeley later in the day was finally sedated and relocated Wednesday morning.

A bull moose has been spotted Tuesday morning in and around the Grapevine Hollow neighborhood off 65th Avenue in Evans.

Greeley police and Colorado Parks and Wildlife are asking people to avoid Josephine B. Jones Park after wildlife officials unsuccessfully tried to capture a moose.
