A legal dispute involving the Atlanta Braves over the attempted sale of some valuable Hank Aaron memorabilia appears to finally be resolved.

Heritage Auctions and the Atlanta Braves have informed a Georgia court that they have agreed to settle their legal dispute over a memorabilia auction involving items Hank Aaron touched after hitting his 715th career home run April 8,

Aaron hit his record-breaking 715th home run on April 8, 1974. In honor of the 50th anniversary last year, Heritage Auctions planned to auction off the bases and home plate they say were from that night. The company’s website also listed seven other Braves game-used jerseys, bats and a baseball cap as part of the auction.
