A truck driver from the California city of Stockton, who is at the center of a major case getting national attention, has been extradited back to Florida.

Stockton trucker Harjinder Singh faces deportation after a Florida crash killed three; he waived extradition and will return to face charges.

Harjinder Singh, an Indian immigrant, faces vehicular homicide charges in Florida after a fatal crash that killed three. Singh, who allegedly entered the U.S. illegally, had obtained commercial driver's licenses from California and Washington.
