Liverpool striker Darwin Nunez has been linked with a move away from Anfield throughout the summer transfer window

Al Hilal have identified Darwin Nunez as their priority target to strengthen in attack and are now stepping up efforts aimed at landing the Liverpool striker. Milan have also shown an interest in signing Nunez, though it is unlikely the Serie A club would be able to match the financial package that Al Hilal could put together.

Diaz's departure has been softened by the arrival of Ekitike from Eintracht Frankfurt, although the Frenchman does typically operate in a more central role - and with Darwin Nunez also attracting interest from Serie A and the Saudi Pro League, Liverpool could find themselves short on numbers up top should further sales be sanctioned.
