A 55-year-old man was indicted Tuesday after creating and placing at least seven improvised explosive devices in different areas of New York City, including subway track on the Williamsburg Bridge and on a Manhattan rooftop,

Michael Gann, 55, of Inwood, New York, was charged with manufacturing at least seven improvised explosive devices, prosecutors said on July 22.

Michael Gann is accused of making at least seven explosives in NYC, and throwing some off the Williamsburg Bridge​ into the East River.
