The Rams' commitment to investing in SoFi Stadium, along with building a competitive roster, pushed their value to $10.43 billion, according to Sportico.

The Dallas Cowboys are listed as the NFL's most valuable franchise with a $12.8 billion valuation in an annual ranking released Wednesday by Sportico.

The rankings valued the Cowboys at $12.8 billion. That's over a $2 billion jump over last year's $10.32 billion valuation, or a little over a 25% increase. Last year was the first time an NFL franchise had surpassed $10 billion in value.

Sportico released the latest franchise valuations across the NFL on Wednesday and the Rams ranked second on the list. They’re worth $10.43 billion, trailing only the Dallas Cowboys, who are worth $12.8 billion.

For the sixth times in as many Sportico rankings of the NFL’s most valuable franchises, the Cowboys topped the this list again in 2025.

The New York Giants saw their annual valuation rise 34 percent, making them the NFL's third-most valuable franchise.

NFL franchises continue to skyrocket in value, and the Dallas Cowboys are leading the way in that category. Sportico just released their franchise valuations for 2025, and the Cowboys are the first one to eclipse $12 billion.
