Matthew Stafford, who hasn't practiced in Rams training camp because a back injury, will take part in another workout similar to the one he had last week.

Head coach Sean McVay told reporters on Thursday that Stafford will work out on Saturday amidst his ongoing back issues, similar to his Aug. 9 workout, and added that "hopefully [his back] responds a little bit better."

Matthew Stafford’s back injury recovery is going to be put to the test. The quarterback was not a part of practice on Wednesday or the Rams’ joint practice with the Saints on Thursday.
