Tanner McKee threw for 252 yards and accounted for three first-half touchdowns, leading the host Philadelphia Eagles to a 34-27 win over the Cincinnati Bengals Thursday evening. McKee got an opportunity for extended playing time with starting quarterback Jalen Hurts held out of the Eagles' first preseason game.

The Eagles beat the Bengals 34-27 on Thursday as McKee threw two touchdown passes and scored another on a Tush Push.

In an effort to stave off another sluggish start to the season, the Cincinnati Bengals played many of their starters in Thursday’s preseason opener against the Eagles at Lincoln Financial Field.
