Denise Richards showed up at the home where her estranged husband Aaron Phypers is staying amid their divorce battle on Sunday, claiming he 'put down' one of her dogs without her knowledge or permission.

The cops were called on Denise Richards Sunday when the reality star allegedly showed up at the home of her estranged husband, Aaron Phypers, despite a restraining order the reality star has taken out amid their divorce battle.

Richards accused Phypers of having their dog put down after her impromptu pop up at their Calabasas, Calif., home.

Denise Richards was seen filming RHOBH at Madre in Los Angeles with Sutton Stracke and Erika Jayne on Saturday night.

After the former "Real Housewives" star petitioned the court earlier this week, claiming that Phypers had stolen her computer and "disseminated private information, including nude photographs" to "various news organizations," Judge Nicole Bershon demanded he return the device within 48 hours.

Richards’s attorney, Brett Berman, told People that the reason for her visit was pet-related; she says she was there to “retrieve her dogs after learning that Mr. Phypers had put down one of her other dogs without her knowledge or permission.
