After the former "Real Housewives" star petitioned the court earlier this week, claiming that Phypers had stolen her computer and "disseminated private information, including nude photographs" to "various news organizations," Judge Nicole Bershon demanded he return the device within 48 hours.

Denise Richards has filed a court motion requesting that her husband, Aaron Phypers, be compelled to return her personal belongings.

Richards wants Phypers to “return to [her] all pictures, recordings and cell phones of [hers],” per court documents.

"She is a friend of mine, and I'm rooting for her and praying for her, and I'm very supportive of her," Bailey said of Richards
