The Battlefield 6 open beta is live again through Sunday.

Weekend 2 of the Battlefield 6 Open Beta has begun, introducing the beloved game mode Rush for the first time. However, it's been met with fierce criticism from fans.

The Battlefield 6 open beta of the previous weekend proved very popular, and there is yet another one coming up with a few key changes.

The Battlefield 6 Beta will be available for preload starting August 4 at 8 AM PT (11 AM ET/ 4 PM BST). At these times, use the search function of your choice digital storefront, and type in 'Battlefield 6 Open Beta' to find and download the beta client.

Battlefield 6's devs have made some tweaks to playlists and added custom search ahead of its second open beta weekend.

After a long hiatus, a new entry in the “Battlefield” franchise is on the horizon, and players have a chance to check out its one-of-a-kind take on the military shooter. Electronic Arts is holding a “Battlefield 6” Open Beta over two weekends in August.

Battlefield 6 Beta Weekend 2 adds more modes, daily rotations, and Custom Search ahead of the game’s full launch on October 10.

Fans have a few major gripes after the BF6 beta, including too-small maps and snipers dominating Liberation Peak.

The beta hasn't been immune to criticism, however. There are already cheaters, for one. The beta's map rotation didn't feature any large maps, so it was difficult for players to experience that classic Battlefield 'feeling'.
