Actress Blake Lively has escalated her legal fight with “It Ends With Us” co-star Justin Baldoni by subpoenaing blogger Perez Hilton. Lively alleges Hilton published over 500 negative posts targeting her with derogatory nicknames without seeking her response.

"The majority of the content Mr. Hilton posts about Ms. Lively are disparaging," the "It Ends With Us" actress argued in court docs Page Six obtained.

Hilton, whose legal name is Mario Lavandeira Jr., wrote notices to Judge Lewis J. Liman this week calling out Lively and her attorney. “Blake Lively’s sham of a lawyer, Esra Hudson, is using this court’s docket as a publicist would — by filing a futile Motion To Compel with you,” he wrote.

The actress has since accused the media personality of refusing to respond to the subpoena her legal team issued, as her legal struggles with Justin Baldoni rage on. Shortly after Hilton posted a derogatory remark on Threads about the actress, which reads as follows:

Baldoni and Lively co-starred in the movie “It Ends with Us.” In December of 2024, Lively filed a lawsuit against Baldoni, who also served as the movie’s director, for alleged sexual harassment and creating a hostile environment on the movie set.
