The suspects — both 17 years old — are being held at the Dakota County Juvenile Services Center, according to officials.

EVERETT — A man was in critical condition Thursday night after he was shot by police following a chaotic multi-city chase involving a stolen trash truck and several crashes, including one here on the Alford Street Bridge, law enforcement authorities said.

Seattle Police Department says that they are searching for suspects in a carjacking that happened on the 1400 block of 1st Avenue on Saturday.

Admilson Vizcaino remains hospitalized and an investigation into his alleged actions and the use of deadly force by an Everett officer are both ongoing.
