Kerry Earnhardt has joined local opposition to Teresa Earnhardt's efforts to industrialize 400 acres of land on the Earnhardt estate

A giant data center proposed for Dale Earnhardt's family property has drawn fierce opposition from residents of Mooresville.

Mooresville Mayor Chris Carney declined to permit Dale Earnhardt's widow, Teresa Earnhardt, to build a $30 billion data centre.

Not knowing who the final partner is, is not going to help us with purposeful growth,” Mooresville Mayor Chris Carney said.
