Nine people have died in a fire at an assisted living home in Fall River, Massachusetts, according to authorities.

The home knew or should have known that residents smoked in their rooms despite the presence of medical oxygen, and that some would smoke while receiving oxygen therapy, the lawsuit said.

Three more residents are suing Gabriel House, the assisted living home in Fall River, Massachusetts where 10 people died in a fire last month. They're also suing owner Dennis Etzkorn and Fire Systems,
