Just weeks after announcing his bid to unseat Lindsey Graham in the U.S. Senate, former South Carolina Lt. Gov. André Bauer is exiting the race. Bauer, a Republican, wrote in an Aug. 8 post on social media that he decided to suspend his campaign after “deep prayer and reflection.
