From the Toyota Center in Houston, Texas, the July 21 edition of Raw on Netflix featured major build-up for SummerSlam including another big appearance from Roman Reigns.

Roman Reigns jokes that AI took over during his WWE RAW celebration with Jey Uso. On WWE RAW, Roman Reigns and Paul Heyman exchanged tense words before Reigns warned Bron Breakker that Heyman would eventually betray him.

Heyman made an offer to Reigns at the end of Raw for Reigns to take over the group while Seth Rollins is sidelined with a knee injury. Instead, Reigns pointed out that Heyman was the man who destroyed The Bloodline before brawling with Breakker and Reed.
