North Dakota State Rep. Liz Conmy has been identified as one of two victims killed when a small plane crashed in Brooklyn Park on Saturday. The aircraft came down and caught fire in Southbrook Park, near 62nd Avenue North and Florida Avenue North, a short distance from Crystal Airport. The plane’s only two occupants were killed in the crash.
