Hurricane Erin continues its path through the Atlantic, prompting rip current warnings and surf advisories across much of the U.S. East

A gradual turn to the north is expected on Monday and Tuesday, according to the hurricane center. Erin is expected to produce dangerous surf and rip currents along the beaches of the Bahamas, much of the East Coast of the U.
