New York Democrats introduced a redistricting measure Monday that could add four House seats to the party’s congressional delegation in 2028 after a failed bid to redraw voting districts earlier this year.

Representative Ro Khanna said that he believed the account of a woman who accused Graham Platner of physically threatening behavior, and urged his campaign not to criticize her.
