Spider-Man star Tom Holland has been spotted filming a scene set in a graveyard for Spider-Man: Brand New Day, with Zendaya also in attendance. The scene looks to pick up from the end of 2021's Spider-Man: No Way Home, where Peter Parker mourns his late aunt. A gravestone spotted in set photos is labelled "May Parker".

Thus comes “Brand New Day,” which pulls inspiration from the Spider-Man comic storyline of the same name. In the comics, Spidey makes a deal with the devil Mephisto to make the world forget his identity and to resurrect Aunt May, but it also dissolves his marriage to MJ and effectively reboots his world.
