A week after Nvidia reportedly told its Chinese customers supplies of its H20 GPUs were limited and restarting production could take nine months, the company has ordered 300,000 chips from TSMC, Reuters said.

Nvidia's latest high-end GPU, the RTX 5090, isn't available in China, but the graphics card manufacturer seems to have a plan to get around the restriction.
