Former Ireland goalkeeper Shay Given has apologised for naming the short reign of coach Wilfried Nancy at Scottish club Celtic an "absolute Holocaust. " Given said on Saturday in his role as pundit on the BBC's Final Score programme that Nancy's 33-day tenure which ended last week was "terrible from start to finish" before making the Holocaust remark.
