Denise Richards claims in a July 28 court filing that her estranged husband, Aaron Phypers, has violated a temporary restraining order by allegedly stealing her electronic devices and disseminating information contained within them.

After the former "Real Housewives" star petitioned the court earlier this week, claiming that Phypers had stolen her computer and "disseminated private information, including nude photographs" to "various news organizations," Judge Nicole Bershon demanded he return the device within 48 hours.

Aaron Phypers filed for divorce from Denise Richards on Monday, July 7. The pair had been married since 2018 and he cited "irreconcilable differences" in court documents obtained by PEOPLE.

Aaron Phypers is vehemently denying Denise Richards' claim he stole her laptop and leaked her naked photos to the media ... he tells us his estranged wife is lying "to damage my reputation and distract from the truth.

Richards wants Phypers to “return to [her] all pictures, recordings and cell phones of [hers],” per court documents.
