A motorist was clocked driving at more than 320 kph (199 mph) on the Autobahn west of Berlin, a record high at more than 124 mph above the speed limit, German police said.

This is far from the first time that we've seen a wild ticket for excessive speed. Just a couple of months ago, a Porsche Panamera driver received over $2700 in fines after police claimed they saw him driving at 167 mph in a 70 mph zone. Of course, that was in California, where there are no roads without speed limits.
