A 14-year-old Detroit boy accused of carjacking a woman and crashing her vehicle early Monday has been charged, officials said. The Wayne County Prosecutor's Office said it has charged the teen with receiving and concealing a stolen vehicle, resisting and obstructing a police officer as well as leaving the scene of an accident.
