Blake Lively’s lawyers filed a motion Monday for sanctions against Bryan Freedman, the lead counsel for Justin Baldoni, arguing that he has engaged in a pre-trial “press tour” to impugn Lively’s character.

Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni came face-to-face today for the first time since their very public feud erupted, as Lively sat for her deposition in the lawsuit she filed against the actor-director. The proceedings unfolded at Lively's legal team's Manhattan office.

Baldoni had claimed Lively used her “celebrity status” to control the deposition and requested it be held “at a location of her choosing."
