As Rhode Islanders get ready for Fourth of July weekend, the same questions are on everyone's mind – where and when to catch a fireworks show, how to attend the Bristol parade and whether or not Rhode Island's favorite celebrity homeowner Taylor Swift will once again be celebrating the holiday in Watch Hill.
