City manager Pep Guardiola is a huge fan of the talented 21-year-old star, previously labelling Savinho as a player with ‘incredible individual quality’. Spurs have held talks with City over a move for Savinho, according to The Times, despite the fact he only joined Guardiola’s side in 2024 from Troyes.

Negotiations are at an early stage and it remains to be seen whether City will sanction a move for the Brazil international. Sources have told BBC Sport that City are not looking to sell Savinho and that it would take offers of more than £50m for the club to consider doing so.
