Russian forces struck the Belenkivska correctional colony in Ukraine’s Zaporizhzhia region with four guided bombs just before midnight on Monday, killing 17 inmates, the Justice Ministry said. The strike “completely destroyed” the colony’s dining room and “significantly damaged” its administrative headquarters and quarantine station.

Thailand’s Foreign Ministry confirmed Trump’s call with acting Prime Minister Phumtham Wechayachai. “However, Thailand would like to see sincere intention from the Cambodian side,” it said. The ministry reiterated its call for bilateral talks between the two sides.
