NEW ORLEANS — Entergy has announced it has completed and approved the sale of its natural gas distribution business to Delta Utilities.

Delta Utilities, a Bernhard Capital Partners (BCP) portfolio company, has completed the acquisition of Entergy’s two regulated natural gas utilities in New Orleans and East Baton Rouge Parish.

Delta Utilities announced Tuesday it had closed on its $484 million purchase of Entergy's natural gas business.
