NEWTON COUNTY, Ga. — A Flash Flood Warning issued early Sunday morning for three counties east of Atlanta has been canceled. A Flood Watch remains in place for much of the rest of the region through Monday evening.

At 4:37 p.m. on Sunday, the National Weather Service issued a flash flood warning in effect until 7:45 p.m. for Baker and Malheur counties.

On Sunday at 9:09 p.m. the National Weather Service issued a flash flood warning in effect until Monday at 1:15 a.m. for Geneva and Houston counties.
