Eurostar has warned passengers to expect disruption throughout the day on the line to Paris after a section of the French rail network was temporarily closed.

Thousands of Eurostar passengers are suffering disruption to journeys because of a track closure in France. The operator’s websites shows nine services between London and Paris have been cancelled, and a further 12 are delayed.

Eurostar revealed on X that eight trains running from London to Paris have been cancelled. The rail corridor’s timetable shows that of the 17 trains scheduled from London St Pancras to Paris today, six have been delayed.
