Ozzy Osbourne's cause of death has reportedly been determined. The former Black Sabbath frontman and reality TV personality died of "out of hospital cardiac arrest" and "acute myocardial infarction," with coronary artery disease and Parkinson's disease with autonomic dysfunction listed as "joint causes at age 76 on July 22.

The New York Times now reports that the rocker’s official death certificate lists his cause of death as “acute myocardial infarction” – typically meaning the death of tissue resulting from a failure of blood supply to an organ – and “out of hospital cardiac arrest”, or heart attack.
