WWE star Roman Reigns appeared on ESPN's First Take on Wednesday and gave his thoughts on the new premium live event partnership between WWE and ESPN.

WWE Superstar Roman Reigns has given his reaction to the company's new deal with ESPN and the Walt Disney Company.

The latest chapter in the Seth Rollins/ Roman Reigns WWE saga continued on the RAW after SummerSlam. Reigns and Jey Uso defeated Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed in the opening match of The Biggest Party of the Summer Night One.

Dave Meltzer of Wrestling Observer Radio (h/t Steve Carrier of Ringside News) reported that the injury angle was meant to write Reigns off TV so he could go film for the upcoming Street Fighter movie, which also features fellow WWE Superstar Cody Rhodes.

Although he is no longer the iconic face of WWE and lost the world title at WrestleMania XL last year, there is no doubt that Roman Reigns continues to remain a point of reference within the Stamford’s company and everyone expects him to shine in the second half of this season.
