The Delaware County Promise will provide full-tuition scholarships to Ohio Wesleyan for qualifying students from Delaware County.

In the atrium at Columbus State Community College's Delaware campus, Ohio Wesleyan University's President Matt vandenBerg recalled a meeting he had early on in his tenure with Columbus State President David Harrison.

Delaware County students with good grades and moderate incomes will be able to attend Ohio Wesleyan University tuition-free starting in fall.
