The amusement park giant is overhauling its app and website, adding a generative AI 'concierge,' automated parking, and mobile ordering, among other conveniences.

Six Flags Entertainment Corporation (NYSE:SIX) unveiled on Monday what it called a complete digital transformation of the guest journey. The theme park operator said AI played a key role in both the enhancements aimed at improving guest experiences and initiatives to streamline park operations.

Six Flags announced it's updating its mobile app to include food ordering ability, planning tools, and a digital wallet.

Six Flags intends to undergo a comprehensive digital transformation, focusing on AI technology for enhancing guest experiences, in collaboration with The Digital Alliance. This is a first-of-its-kind project in the theme park industry.
