Supporters of a wide-ranging tax cut package failed to override Gov. Laura Kelly’s veto after Sen. Dennis Pyle, who originally voted in favor of the bill, voted against the override.

It is unclear whether Kansans will see substantive tax cuts in 2024 after the Senate failed to override Gov. Laura Kelly's veto of a big tax cut plan.
