Salesforce Einstein Copilot generative AI is now generally available, bringing new actions and analytics to enterprise users.

In addition, Einstein Copilot has new capabilities called Copilot Actions that let Copilot “agents” string actions together to complete tasks autonomously. For example, Copilot Actions can create close plans for sales reps and managers, analyze call transcripts and craft follow-up emails.

Salesforce Inc. today announced that its customizable generative artificial intelligence conversational assistant Einstein Copilot is now generally available for every Salesforce application along with a few new capabilities that enhance its ability to execute actions automatically.
