Bloomingmore farm-direct roses are sustainably grown in Ecuador and available in a wide variety of hues to add elegance and class to any occasion. Enjoy the freshest flowers that last twice as long as market bought-flowers. Roses are packed in LAYERS within each bunch. The second layer is not visible from the top. Keep the corrugated wrap (carton sleeve) on each bunch for the first 4 hours to rehydrate properly, this prevents the rose heads from drooping. Roses will be shipped with GUARD PETALS for extra protection. These petals may appear brownish and will need to be carefully removed after hydration. You may need to remove a couple of layers in order to reach the desired color. Our Freshness Satisfaction Guarantee. For Assistance: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST (Eastern Standard Time), telephone (866)436-0030 or email customerservice@bloomingmore.com. Cancellations must be received 7 business before the delivery date. Refunds will not be given for cancellations less than 7 business or if the product has already shipped.
