It's safe for users up to 400 pounds/180kg and is used in professional yoga studios across the country. It has a LOW-MEDIUM level of stretch so you feel safe yet cocooned. PLEASE NOTE: The ombre silks are hand-dyed meaning that each silk is unique to you; colors and tones may vary. What size do I need? Sizes vary depending on preferred hammock height. Here's a reference for hip and low height hammocks. Remember we tend to use about 1.5-2 feet/.6 meters of fabric in aerial knots, but we get some of that height back depending on how you rig your daisy chains (doubled over or lengthwise).
