These large, beautiful apples have a porcelain to yellow-green skin, often with a red blush and a unique, citrusy flavor. The crisp, creamy white flesh has a sweet-tart taste with hints of lemon and pineapple. Its crisp texture makes it excellent for eating fresh-and it also holds up well when baked. The apples mature in mid to late October and will hang on the tree for up to a month without losing flavor and quality. You can store them for up to 4 months in the refrigerator and enjoy their amazing sugary crispness even in the cold winter days.
