LARGE CAPACITY - Our Bain Marie warmer features six large-capacity food pans, with six compartments & lids included. Each pan is 12.8"x10.4"x5.9" (325x265x150 mm) in dimensions. The 6-inch depth makes each food pan 50% more capacity than others. FAST HEATING - With a rotary button for precise control of temperature, 86-185°F(30-85°C) adjustable, our Bain Marie food warmer features a thermometer for direct observation of the real-time temperature, and two indicators to show working status. It adopts a 304 stainless steel U-shaped heating tube, with three-dimensional heating, for efficient heat transfer. (NOTE: Do not dry burn the heating tube. The heating tube should be submerged in water.) WIDE APPLICATION - Our commercial Bain Marie is attractive, perfect for keeping delicious foods at a read-to-eat temperature for guests.
