Description

Enjoy the beauty of Hibiscus, which features solid, green foliage and is fantastic for tabletops. Grow Hibiscus in full sun outdoors. Water it about twice a week with approximately 1 cup. Ensure excess water drains. Adjust as needed for your environment. Never let Hibiscus sit in water or saturated soil. Hibiscus ships in a 7-inch grower pot. To help with water drainage, this container does have holes. Hibiscus is generally a fast grower, depending on environment and care provided. Boost growth in spring and summer with a fertilizer labeled for potted plants following the products instructions. When Hibiscus outgrows its current container, repot by gently removing it from its container and placing it in a 2-inch wider container. Fill with potting mix and water thoroughly. Hardy outdoors in USDA Zones 9-11. Exposure to the sap of this plant may cause discomfort to individuals with a sensitivity to it upon contact. Grown for ornamental purposes and not intended for human or animal consumption.
