Equipped with a 90 minutes. fire and smoke label. Manufactured with the highest quality Galvanneal steel. Even though it looks like raw steel it is not. The Priming process is done at the Steel Mill when the steel is being manufactured. Included with every order are the Installation Instructions which include a detailed summary of the priming process and Finish Painting Guidelines. Frame can be used with steel or wood studs with a single layer of 5/8 drywall on both sides of the wall for a total wall thickness of 4-7/8 in. Used primarily in drywall construction after the wall has been constructed. Frame comes complete with top pressure clamps and bottom strap anchors and sharp mitered corners for fast and easy installation and assembly for a clean uniform appearance. Installation instructions as well as finishing guidelines and warranty information can be downloaded for your convenience. Color: Gray.
