Concrete Sealer X-3 is a water based special blend of polysiloxanes/silanes which crosslink below the surface of the concrete making the concrete surface water and stain repellent allowing spills to be removed more easily. This sealer can either be applied alone or on top of Concrete Sealer X-1 or Concrete Sealer X-2 to provide double protection of the concrete with both deep sealing and a repellent finish. Concrete Sealer X-3 is also available in custom colors.Concrete Sealer X-3 can be applied on all types of decorative and stained concrete pavers, concrete aggregate driveways and concrete walkways, bricks, clay tiles, mortar, grout and any natural stones. It can be used on above grade plaster and stucco providing a breathable barrier against water, stains and acids and will seal hair line cracks. The sealer can also be used to seal swimming pools and fish ponds to prevent water escaping through the concrete capillaries and pores. It can also be used in dog kennels and agricultural institutions to provide stain resistance which assists in the maintenance of these enclosures.This concrete sealer leaves a natural finish (no sheen) after application and the surface will not be slippery.Concrete Sealer X-3Concrete Sealer X-3 has also been proven as an effective anti-graffitti barrier helping to prevent paints, aerosols and crayons from adhering to the wall and allowing easy removal if they do.Concrete Sealer X-3 is a ready to use sealer and does not require the addition of an activator which means that it does not have a limited pot life unlike some competitive sealers and it has a shelf life of at least 6 months.Concrete Sealer X-3 is easy to apply using a brush, medium nap roller or low pressure sprayer at any temperature between 40-80°F.The surface to be treated does not need any special treatment but it must be water, oil and dust free to allow proper penetration of the sealer. Check the surface of your concrete before applying this sealer to make sure it absorbs drops of water within 20-30 seconds, If it beads up then use Eco Concrete Etcher prior to applying this sealer. Coverage rate is approximately 200 to 400 sf/gal/app depending on the concrete porosity and two coats are recommended rather than one thick coat. Application time between coats is 30 minutes maximum and allow to cure for 24 to 48 hours without rain. Size: W 7" / D 4" / H 12".
